I will address your current health by going over your medical history, diet, symptoms and lifestyle. Together, we’ll get clear on your goals and the obstacles that may be holding you back. We’ll also take a closer look at potential root causes to better understand what’s driving your health concerns.

Using the information from your intake form and food diary, I will create a custom protocol that includes:

• Meal Plan - week full of recipes, snack ideas and a label-reading guide

• Food suggestions – what to eat more of, what to cut back on, and why

• Meal timing guidance – when to eat for better energy, digestion, blood sugar

• Lifestyle tips – like sleep routines, hydration, stress support, or movement

• Goal tracking – how we’ll measure progress (gently, not obsessively)

• Portion guidance – if you want help with how much to eat

• Weekly goals or focus points – bite-sized steps to keep things doable

Our follow up appointments are ongoing support to track progress and adjust your plan. These are meant to build on your knowledge of nutrition. During these sessions we can touch on stress management techniques, food prep, nutrition, health education and any other questions you may have about your Personalized Health Plan.

Essentially the direction we take these calls is whatever you want it to be.

The Create A New Habit Program is a 16-week nutrition and lifestyle coaching experience designed for clients who are ready to move beyond short-term changes and build lasting daily habits that support their health.

Real, consistent results don’t come from strict rules or quick fixes—they come from what you do consistently over time. This program focuses on helping you understand your body, simplify your nutrition, and build habits that actually fit into your real life.

Over four months, we’ll work together to improve digestion, support regular bowel movements, reduce bloating, stabilize energy, and balance blood sugar. The focus is on practical, sustainable changes that feel realistic—not restrictive.
